Spring Conference - Water & Wastewater Partnerships

For the first time, Water, Wastewater and Power leaders will come together to consider partnering to meet the demands of the 21st Century? We question wheather we can afford to continue dumping our wastewater into the ocean. We consider our partnership with power sources and the economics of water treatment, reuse and desalting. We take a look at California's water issues post water bond measure, proposition 13, and we consider the progress of North South Talks and other urban and rural alliances. Come join us in Ventura!
