Engraving makes any bottle feel extra personal, and it’s easy! Look for the engraving option on the product page: it’s available on selected Steel Bottles, on their own and in sets, but only where it’s clearly shown. Then pick a personal message and a matching emoji from our selection, add the bottle to your cart, and we’ll take care of the rest. Your engraved bottle arrives with your order, ready to be gifted. Please note that orders containing an engraved bottle may add 2 days to the estimated delivery time.

We will do our best to pack everything that fits into the gift box, so your set arrives ready to give. The one exception is our Bestseller Explorer Gift Set: because of the size of the Explorer’s packaging, it can’t travel inside the box. Once you’ve unpacked it at home, the Explorer fits into the gift box with no problem, so it still makes the perfect gift together.

Yes, if you’re a Reward Member! You can redeem the gift box on its own with your Loyalty points. Not a Member yet? Sign up to waterdrop® Rewards and unlock it today.

Yes, as long as you order in time! In December, we’ll clearly indicate the last day for secure shipping. Any order placed by that day is safe to arrive before Christmas, so no need to worry.

Free engraving is available from 5 to 8 November 2026. Please note that orders containing an engraved bottle may add 2 days to the estimated delivery time. For all the details, please see our Free Engraving Terms & Conditions.
