Can I use my Explorer Thermo Tumbler with hot drinks?

No, our Explorer Thermo Tumbler is designed for cold and warm drinks only. Please do not use your Explorer Thermo Tumbler with liquids above 122°F. Drinking hot liquids through a straw can lead to scalding, as the heat may feel less noticeable at first.

Does it fit all cupholders?

We would love to say YES but unfortunately, there's just too many cars out there and we cannot try all of them. Having said that, the Explorer Thermo Tumbler is definitely compatible with most cupholders!

Just how long does it keep drinks cold for? 12h or 72h?

With no ice, the Explorer keeps drinks cold for up to 12h. With the addition of ice cubes however (the bigger, the better!), the Explorer keeps drinks cold for up to 72h. Of course, factors such as the temperature of the drink itself, room temperature, as well as the size of the ice cubes, all come into play here!

Can I use my Explorer Thermo Tumbler with carbonated drinks?

Using with carbonated drinks: Please do not shake the Explorer. Pressure builds up over time. Open the lid or straw slowly, away from your face, so pressure can be released gradually.
