The application process at waterdrop®
So that you know what to expect during your application process at waterdrop®, below you will find the individual steps in more detail.
1. Application – Start your liquid journey
We are always on the lookout for new talent! If you are interested in one of our opportunities, please send us your CV, a cover letter, and any references and certificates by clicking 'Apply Now' on a specific job advert
2. First Video Interview – This is waterdrop® & who are you?
After we have reviewed your application, you will be invited to an initial interview. This first interview will be conducted via video call with the responsible recruiter from our HR Team. We will be curious to find out who you are, what experience you have, and what you expect from your new role. This will also be an opportunity to get to know us better and learn more about waterdrop®. The interview will last approximately 20 – 30 minutes.
3. Second In-Depth Interview – It's time to shine
After a successful first interview, we will invite you to a second interview so that you can get to know your future Team Lead – and the team itself! On this occasion, we will dive deeper into the content of the position, giving you the opportunity to shine (think personality, talents, and professional skills). You may also receive a case study after the first interview, the results of which will also be discussed. This interview will take place either virtually or in one of our offices and will last approximately 60 – 90 minutes.
4. The Final Interview – You're almost there
The final step in the application process is an interview with one of our Chief Officers, which will ideally take place on-site. Here you have the opportunity to ask any last open questions, consolidate the good impression you have already made up to this point, and demonstrate that you are a good fit for waterdrop® and our vision. This final interview will last approximately 30 – 45 minutes.
5. The Job Offer – Now it's our turn
At the end of the application process, the whole team sits down together to make sure everyone is on the same page and comfortable with the decision. If we think you are the perfect candidates for both the role and the team, we will make you an offer. Congratulations!
6. Onboarding – Nice to have you here!
Your journey at waterdrop® starts with an onboarding month where you will get a general overview of our company, your team, and your role and tasks. On the Global Onboarding Day you will receive valuable information about the organization.
