    Conditions of Participation

    Waterdrop® Target Golden Ticket Sweepstake

    Waterdrop® Microdrinks LLC — December 28, 2025 – February 9, 2026

    1. The Sweepstake

    The Waterdrop® Target Golden Ticket Sweepstake (the “Competition”) is organized by Waterdrop® Microdrinks LLC, with address at 200 S Wacker Dr Suite 3100 Chicago, IL 60606 (“Waterdrop®” or the “Promoter”) and will run from December 28, 2025 at 9am ET through February 9, 2026 at 11:59pm ET (the “Competition Period”).

    Participation is open to natural persons who are legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, excluding New York, Florida, and Rhode Island, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, who and have full legal capacity and who are not subject to any prohibition against participation in such sweepstake.. Employees of Waterdrop® (including subsidiaries), their immediate families, and agencies involved in the administration of this Sweepstake are excluded from participation.

    Participation is voluntary and there is a free participation option to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning.

    For the free online entry, it is also a prerequisite for participation in the sweepstake that the participant has an active Instagram account in their name.

    By entering, participants accept these Conditions of Participation and Waterdrop’s Privacy Policy (www.waterdrop.com/pages/privacy-policy). This Sweepstake is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Target, Instagram, Meta, or any other platform. All inquiries should be directed to Waterdrop®. In addition, reference is made to the applicable terms of use of Meta Platforms Delaware Limited (available at www.facebook.com/ads/manage/audience_network/publisher_tos), which also form the basis for participation in the competition.

    The competition is not associated with, sponsored, endorsed or organized by Meta in any way. All questions, comments and complaints should be directed to waterdrop®. By confirming the terms and conditions of entry, entrants acknowledge that they cannot acquire any claim against Meta if they enter the competition.

    2. How to Enter

    There are two (2) ways to enter during the Competition Period:

    a) In-Store Entry (Golden Tickets)
    Golden Tickets have been randomly inserted into select Waterdrop® 12-packs distributed to participating Target stores. Each Golden Ticket represents one (1) winning entry. Not all stores will carry promotional packs.

    b) Free Online Entry (No Purchase Necessary)
    Participants may enter for free by commenting on or sharing the official Waterdrop® Golden Ticket Giveaway post on Instagram (www.instagram.com/waterdrop) during the Competition Period.

    All eligible entries from both methods will be combined into a single prize pool, and all participants will have an equal chance of winning.

    Automated entries, bulk entries, or participation via agencies or third parties are prohibited. Waterdrop® reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate these rules or attempt to manipulate the Sweepstake.

    By participating via the free online entry, participants expressly agree that their profile page will be linked to the campaign page and that they will be notified by email/private message of any prize. The privacy settings on their own profile will not be affected.

    3. Determination of Winners

    a) In-Store (Golden Ticket Winners)
    Golden Tickets have been randomly inserted into select Waterdrop® 12-packs sold at participating Target stores. Each Golden Ticket represents one (1) winning entry and corresponds to a specific prize tier as indicated on the ticket. Consumers who find a Golden Ticket are deemed potential winners and must follow the redemption instructions printed on the ticket to claim their prize.

    To redeem, winners must visit the URL or email address (VIP@waterdrop.com) also stated on the Golden Ticket and provide the following information before the end of the campaign on February 9th 2026: full name, proof of payment, postal address, and bank account or payment details for prize fulfillment. Failure to submit complete and accurate information within this period will result in forfeiture of the prize.

    b) Online (No-Purchase Entry Winners)
    All valid entries received via social media (likes, comments or shares on the official Waterdrop® Golden Ticket Giveaway post) during the Competition Period will be pooled together, and winners will be selected at random after the end of the Competition Period.

    Online winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram and must respond before the end of the campaign on February 9th 2026 providing their full name, postal address, and bank account or payment details. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

    Each winner agrees that their first name and/or social handle may be published on Waterdrop’s official channels for transparency purposes.

    Odds of winning for online entrants depend on the total number of eligible entries received via social media. Odds of winning for in-store entrants depend on the total number of promotional 12-packs distributed and the number of Golden Tickets placed.

    4. Prizes

    A total of 600 prizes will be awarded, consisting of 60 cash prizes (total value USD $10,000) and 540 product prizes.

    Cash Prizes (Total Value: USD $10,000):
    10 winners – $500 each
    10 winners – $200 each
    40 winners – $75 each

    Cash prizes are evenly split between in-store (Golden Ticket) and online entries.
    Cash prizes will be awarded via prepaid card or electronic transfer.

    Product Prizes (540 Total)
    Winners will receive Waterdrop® products such as 12-packs (each valued under $15). Product prizes are evenly distributed between in-store and online entries.

    Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Waterdrop® reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

    5. Rights of Use

    By entering, participants agree that their name, likeness, and/or submitted content (if any) may be used by Waterdrop® for promotion related to this Sweepstake (including social media and press materials) without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. In order to participate, the participant must fulfill the conditions stated in the competition during the competition period.

    By participating in the sweepstake, the participant explicitly agrees that their information in connection with the sweepstake– until these terms and conditions are revoked – with or without mentioning the first name can be used, distributed and otherwise made publicly available to third parties by Waterdrop® for the processing and presentation of the participants’ posts in online media (especially Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or the own website), as well as in offline media (for example, in print, in relevant magazines etc.).

    If the participant revokes the aforementioned consent, the entitlement to participate in the competition automatically ceases. The participant does not incur any further disadvantages.

    6. Data Protection / Consent to the Use of Personal Data

    In the event of winning via the free online entry or in store (Golden Ticket winners), the participant must submit their first name, last name and email address. Waterdrop® will use the name to be able to ensure a personal and professional care of their person. Waterdrop® needs the address or bank account to be able to send the winner a possible prize or the prize, in case they are selected as the winner of this sweepstake. Finally, the participant must provide Waterdrop® with their date of birth because the participant must be at least 18 years old to participate. In the case of in-story entries, the participant must also provide proof of purchase (Target receipt).

    By participating in the sweepstake, the participant agrees that Waterdrop® may process and use their personal data for the purpose of conducting the sweepstake. By entering the sweepstake, the participant agrees that Waterdrop® may store and process their email address and first name. In the event that the participant is the winner, their surname and postal address will be additionally stored and processed for the purposes of the sweepstake. The participant also agrees that the entry they send – if applicable, including their first name – may be published on waterdrop®´s Instagram company page, also for advertising and PR purposes. The participant may revoke their declaration of consent at any time with effect for the future to Waterdrop® Microdrinks LLC, with address at 200 S Wacker Dr Suite 3100 Chicago, IL 60606 or by email to info@waterdrop.com. Special fees (beyond the regular transmission fees) do not apply in this case. Further participation in the sweepstake will no longer be possible once the consent has been revoked.

    The participant’s data will only be forwarded to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the prize. A transmission of the participant’s personal data to other third parties or a use of their data for other advertising purposes without their consent, will not take place, unless Waterdrop® is legally obliged to surrender data or are engaged by third parties obliged to enforce our claims to professional secrecy. Waterdrop® uses the data provided for information and consulting of its own products. This includes sending offers, product news and invitations by email.     For further details regarding the processing and use of personal data when using the social networks "Facebook" and "Instagram", please refer to the privacy policy of Meta.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    Waterdrop® is not liable for technical malfunctions, failed transmissions, or other issues that may prevent participation. Waterdrop® is not responsible for claims related to prizes beyond its control, including delays, defects, or damages caused by third parties.

    Waterdrop® is not liable for the availability of the action page on Instagram. In particular, Waterdrop® shall not be liable for any damage which may be caused by errors, delays or interruptions in the transmission, in the event of disruption or deletion of data, viruses or in any other way when participating in the sweepstake, unless such damage is caused by Waterdrop® or coarse be caused by negligence. The liability for culpable injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.

    8. Other

    Waterdrop® may modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstake if circumstances beyond its control necessitate such action to ensure fairness or proper functioning.

    Void in New York, Florida, Rhode Island, and where prohibited. No right of appeal.
