What are electrolytes?

Electrolytes are minerals that are vital to many key functions in the body. When we sweat, 99% of that is water, while 1% are electrolytes.

Should I drink a Microlyte before, during, or after exercising?

It is best to drink a Microlyte during and/or after exercising, to regain the electrolytes you lost while exercising.

How many cubes can I drink a day?

Our cubes are not a vitamin supplement; rather, they are considered a regular beverage under EU regulations.We recommend consuming no more than 1.5 waterdrop® cubes per 2.2 lbs of bodyweight. At a bodyweight of 132 lbs, this would be 90 cubes a day. That is approximately 11.88 gallons of water, which we know would be nearly impossible to achieve.Practically speaking, we have established a limit of 10 Microdrink cubes per day, to ensure that you do not exceed the Recommended Daily Intake (RDI). For our Microenergy flavors, we would suggest keeping it to 5 a day, since they contain natural caffeine.Due to the high concentration of minerals and vitamins of our Microlyte flavors, we do not recommend consuming more than 3 Microlyte cubes per day. If you don't engage in any sporting activity, but still want to enjoy our Microlyte cubes, we advise you not to exceed 1 cube per day.

Why is there some residue left when dissolving my Microlyte?

Due to the high concentration of Magnesium, it may be that your Microlyte does not dissolve completely. This is entirely normal, and poses no health issue. You can enjoy your Microlyte without any concern.
